Dr Andrew Emerson is Patria Parliamentary Candidate for Chichester at the General Election on 7 May.
Andrew has lived in Chichester for the last 28 years. An experienced healthcare professional, he has held several teaching appointments including that of Lecturer at the University of Reading. Dr Emerson’s work, Hospital Hostels, has been published in commercial book form by The Stationery Office, formerly Her Majesty’s Stationery Office.
Andrew has a number of achievements to his credit. But the thing of which he is justly most proud is being a true-born Englishman. He is of English ancestry. I wonder how many elected representatives in England can say the same – or would dare to make the claim.
His paternal grandfather, Walter, was wounded in action serving with the King’s Royal Rifle Corps on the Somme during the First World War. Walter’s elder brother was killed in the same battle. Neither knew the other was there, Alfred having emigrated to Canada some years before and the brothers having lost touch with each other.
Politics has been an abiding interest for Andrew from a very young age. He is no stranger to electioneering, having stood for parliament as a nationalist twice before, both times outpolling a UKIP rival and on numerous occasions in local council elections.
In co-operation with a number of like-minded nationalists he helped launch Patria, in December 2012 and has subsequently fought several local elections for the party.
Chichester is a constituency with a long history of nationalist campaigning and has been carefully chosen as one of Patria’s two target seats for the general election.
In addition to standing in the parliamentary contest to represent Chichester, Andrew is also fighting for the West Ward, where he has lived for the last 27 years, in the District and City Council elections.
Why should you vote for a new political party like Patria?
Firstly, because, unlike every other party, Patria is not funded by wealthy donors who influence policy behind the scenes. This means we can honestly represent your interests rather than those of big financial backers.
Of great concern to residents is the CDC’s unacceptable plan to build more than a thousand new houses on land at Whitehouse Farm, a greenfield site in the ward.
As Andrew told local radio, Spirit FM, on Friday, “Patria opposes all new building on greenfield sites”. Such building is driven by the greed of property developers, fuelled by mass immigration and encouraged by the bigoted, pro-immigration MPs of every other party. The policy is unnecessary, undesirable and unsustainable.
Patria is the one and only party with both the courage and the intelligence to put our people first.
Patria, the Home of Patriots, neither left nor right but patriotic.
Good Luck to Andrew and remember: Vote Emerson, Vote Patria on 7 May!
