Dick Franklin speaks

Good Evening

When Andrew asked me to speak at this meeting it gave me a problem. I have fifteen minutes and I wanted to say something relevant and punchy and hopefully to make an impression.

So I sat down at my computer and ended up with an essay on the history of immigration. I looked at it and thought “Nah”, they have heard all that before.

So I tried again. This time it was a bit better but still lacked punch.

And then events took over and gave me inspiration but in a most horrible way. I am, of course, referring to the gruesome killing and beheading of Lee Rigby by Islamic terrorist savages on a street in our capital city.

This is a paragraph from one of the drafts I did before this appalling butchery:

“So now we have the children and grandchildren of the original immigrants, many of whom are disaffected and contribute to forms of criminal behaviour which were almost unknown when I was young.

“In addition, it now seems we do not need to import terrorists any more. We are breeding our own home grown versions.

“In short, far from enriching our society as the Establishment politicians keep claiming, this nation has been the subject of a disastrous series of actions which are producing a toxic mix”.

I hate to have to say that this has been illustrated in the most gruesome way imaginable.

I understand that at least one of these so-called “British” terrorists is the issue of Nigerian parents. Nigeria was given independence in 1960. Britain as the governing power was effectively kicked out.

So why are they here at all? If immigration had been stopped when it should have been, this murderer’s parents would never have come here and Lee Rigby would still be alive and well – and so would so many others.

You may be aware of the so-called “Rivers of Blood” speech made by Enoch Powell in 1968. This is what he said:

“As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding. Like the Roman I seem to see the River Tiber foaming with much blood………Only resolute and urgent action will avert it even now”.

And that was forty-five years ago. How right he was. Enoch Powell was a classical scholar and given to quoting the classics in his speeches.

But he never talked about rivers of blood. That was yet another press invention. What he did forecast was that there would be blood.

And I say again, how right he was. And I believe there is more to come.

The London dockers marched in his support. Although I am not a docker, I am proud to say that I was on that march.

In a later speech Enoch Powell said “When he looks into the eyes of Asia, the Englishman comes face to face with those who will dispute with him the possession of his native land”.

I know that the particular gentlemen responsible for this atrocity are of African ancestry.

But they represent an alien Asian creed which is entirely inimical to the British people and the British way of life.

I can do no better than to quote one of these bestial murderers “ We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you. You will never be safe.…..Do you think David Cameron is going to get caught in the street when we start busting our guns? …..No, it’s going to be the average guy like you and your children”.

In short, an outright declaration of war in which not even children will be spared – as we have seen elsewhere.

Now, of course, as soon as this happened, the government and perhaps more mainstream Muslims began their damage limitation exercise by claiming that these individuals did not represent Islam. I disagree.

Perhaps they were a bit quick off the mark in starting what they call a “war”. But that war is coming, just as Enoch Powell predicted.

In fact, given what is happening to so many others – like the British girls who have been systematically defiled on an industrial scale by monsters in human form who claim to be Muslims – that war is clearly under way.

But you do not have to believe me.

These killers are held out by the Establishment traitors and apologists as mavericks who were not carrying out anything authorised in the Koran.

But just ask any Muslim and they will tell you that every word of the Koran is literally true. None of it has been repudiated.

They are not like most Christians who seem to be able to pick and choose which parts of the Bible they believe.

Muslims will tell you that the Koran is true in every particular from the first word to the last.

So I quote as follows:

“The last hour will not come until there is much bloodshed…….Then slay the idolaters wherever you find them and take them captive and besiege them and lie in wait for them at every ambush…..Fight those who do not believe in Allah…..I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them …..and let them know that for the unbelievers the punishment is fire”.

These are not selective quotes. The same theme runs all through the Koran. There are something like a hundred verses in the Koran in this vein.

The message is either become a Muslim or remain a “Kuffir” where your life will hang by a thread.

There are sects within Islam whose adherents happily kill each other. So they will care even less about us non-believers.

You may know that some of the so-called moderate Muslims are demanding the imposition of “Sharia” law in place of the Queen’s writ in various parts of the UK – so that they will be free to chop off heads and hands and have sex with nine-year-old “Kuffir” girls at will!

As time goes on and numbers grow further, that could be a demand which will be unstoppable. Indeed, I have heard some Establishment politicians equivocating about it already.

It is my belief that whatever weasel words are used now, they are just waiting for the day when their numbers are so great they can cry “Allah Akebah!” to the rest of us and strike.

I could go on but I hope I have made my point.

So what to do?

Well, I have been an opponent of capital punishment for many years. Partly on the grounds that the wrong person can be executed, as has happened in the past. It was also my belief that killing another person, except in war, is wrong.

I have to tell you that I have changed my mind. I believe that those responsible for committing this crime and similar ones should be hanged and those who have aided them should also be hanged.

The Muslims have sent us a message. It is now time to send them a reply. One of the murderers said “An eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth”. So be it.

In addition I think we should do what Churchill did with “enemy aliens” at the beginning of the war. As he said:

“collar the lot”.

MI5 supposedly have 1,000+ individuals on their “interest list”. Although some say there are several thousand. The whole lot should be taken into custody under Emergency Regulations that already exist.

MI5 and the police should comb through those lists and prosecute those they can.

The others should be removed to Muslim countries, where I am sure they would be so much happier, or to other places where they can do no harm – except to each other.

I think we should also consider what I have quoted above and regard the practice of the Muslim creed (I will not dignify it with the name “religion”) as a “hate crime”.

Apparently, if I stick my finger up at a Muslim or complain about the number of immigrants using colourful language – that is a hate crime.

But if I practise a fanatical creed that calls for mass murder, it is not. Surely something wrong there.

Before I retired, I was a middle manager with Her Majesty`s Customs and Excise as it then was. I used to ask my team always to ask themselves the question “Why are we here?”

And I ask it again now. Why are we here?

[Points to figurine of Saracen warrior]

Sorry to be dramatic – but that is why we are here.

Finally, I want to commend Patria to you as the way forward.

I promised on an earlier occasion that I would not run down any other organisation and I will not now. But what I will say is that in my view Patria is the only nationalist party worthy of the name and the only one worth supporting.

We are a small organisation but we are growing.

We are open and transparent. No one gets paid or even gets expenses.

We do not ask Searchlight to vet our members nor do we invite the likes of “Hope not Hate” to our meetings.

Our policy statement is open and clear – you can see it on our website.

If there are small points you may not like, do not be put off.

We are a democratic organisation and when there are enough members we will have an open general meeting when all these things can be discussed.

As the Americans say “Don’t sweat the small stuff”. We need to keep with the main objective in mind and ask ourselves that same question every day – “Why am I here”.

I know these times are very trying and it is tempting to take actions which may make us feel better in the short run but which can harm the cause in the long run.

I think we must always keep the big picture in mind.

The only we way will win is by lawful political action – that is, campaigning, winning hearts and minds and contesting elections.

I know why I am here. And in the words of George Orwell – the author of 1984 – “Don`t let it happen. It’s up to you”.

Thank you.
