Australia’s former prime minister Tony Abbott has urged European leaders to stop taking in ‘refugees’, in what he termed a ‘catastrophic error’.

In his first significant speech since he was ousted as prime minister by Malcolm Turnbull, Mr Abbott zeroed in on the ‘asylum seeker’ crisis in his Margaret Thatcher lecture, which was attended by Conservative Party ministers and members in London’s Guildhall, the ABC reported.

The backbencher pointed to Australia’s tough measures to stop the boats as an example of how to stem the flow of bogus asylum seekers. Europe has seen a massive influx of criminal invaders and terrorist activists from war-torn Africa, the Middle East and other parts of Asia this year.

Mr Abbott said in his speech that it would require a lot of logistical work and money to enforce ‘stop the boats’ policies and would ‘gnaw at our consciences’, but called it a ‘necessary step’ to prevent a ‘catastrophic error’.

‘It is the only way to prevent a tide of humanity surging through Europe and quite possibly changing it forever,’ he said.

The former Liberal [Australian ‘conservative’] leader added it was ‘misguided altruism’ that was ‘leading much of Europe into catastrophic error’.

‘No country or continent can open its borders to all comers without fundamentally weakening itself,’ he said.

Patria says:-

Australia’s immigration and asylum system is very far from perfect. It is far too easy for criminal invaders and terrorist activists from Africa and Asia to circumvent. And the Australian political and media Establishment is, as is the case in Britain, in thrall to Anglophobia disguised as cosmopolitanism and phony philanthropy.

Did it gnaw at Tony Blair’s conscience when he ordered British troops to invade Afghanistan and Iraq? Did it gnaw at David Cameron’s conscience when he ordered the bombing of Libya and Iraq and tried to do the same to Syria?

Where is the compassion of these traitors for the English, whose country is being robbed from us by hordes of unassimilable and culturally incompatible criminal invaders and terrorist activists, intent on bettering their condition at our expense and encouraged to dream of taking over by the alien controlled Establishment, as per the EU’s diabolical Coudenhove-Kalergi plan?

All of the synthetic ‘compassion’ for immigrants and hatred thrown at any, like Patria, who speak out in the interest of the English, is merely a ploy to fool the politically naive into acquiescing to the dispossession of their birthright, a homeland of their own that we call England but which the immigrants intend to call something else when their numbers are sufficient for them to take over.

But ‘no worries’ as our Australian cousins say. It is the supreme honour to be hated and feared by the inveterate enemy of our people, the immigrant controlled political and media Establishment and their ‘antifascist’ storm troops.

Many so-called Conservatives, like the late Margaret Thatcher, talk a good game on immigration in order to win votes and get themselves elected to government but, once in office, fail to deliver on their election pledges and continue the demographic betrayal of the country begun in earnest in 1948.

David Cameron promised before the 2010 general election to get immigration down to the tens of thousands but, in 2014-15, presided over the largest influx ever – 624,000 – plus all the illegal immigrants who now number millions. Cameron provides a classic example of the Tory betrayal of our English folk.

Theresa May, Boris Johnson, Gideon Osborne and the rest of the tribe would be no different if they had Cameron’s job. Nor for that matter would Nigel Farage of the immigrant-heavy UKIP.

All of these nonentities will say anything they think will enable them to acquire, or cling onto, the tawdry trappings of office. Once in No 10 they suddenly ‘remember’ that, thanks to Britain’s membership of the EU, their hands are tied after all.

Just what exactly do the Conservatives imagine they are conserving? Permanent revolution?

But, that having been said, the Australian system is better than the British and our so-called leaders would do well to heed the words of this politician from down under, while there is still time to avoid the catastrophe to which their anti-English policy is leading the country.
